We want to deliver to you as soon as possible. Therefore we will dispatch your order by post or courier.

All of our items are in stock and will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of payment clearance Monday-Friday

International buyers : Please contact us for shipping costs and transit times.

Refund Policy

We hope you are pleased with our products and have many hours of social eating with them

If you are unhappy about anything we have sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you do wish to cancel or change your order before the items are dispatched, you are asked to contact us immediately, by phone or e-mail.

If you are unhappy with anything we have sent you, please send it back to us within 14 working days, unused and in the original packaging. We can then issue a refund within 30 days.

In the unlikely event of something proving faulty after use, please advise us immediately so that we can issue a replacement or a refund within 30 days.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

I was given a Black Rock Home Grill  as a present and invited family and friends around for a meal.  I was really surprised how quickly the food cooks and the taste of the food was fantastic.
